Hello, my name is Druw and I am looking for staff for my new UHC network named "Azru". Azru is a new UHC server that has all unique gamemodes and ideas. Some examples are UHCF which is HCF with UHC features as well as PracticeUHCF which allows you to get used to the mechanics of the new gamemode. One of the other Owners/Partners is a UHC Youtuber with 50,000 subscribers who I will disclose if you are accepted with one of the higher positions. We are planning to release around the first of June if everything goes to plan. Below I have listed some of the positions we are looking for. Please apply with your own format below or in my PM's. Keep in mind that (number) refers to the amount of people we need in that position. Goodluck!
Builders (3)
Builders will be expected to either show a portfolio of past work or show what they can do on a plot on our build server. Builders will be led and instructed by the Builder Manager and will be expected to be able to work well with people. If we like your work this becomes a paid position.
Trainee (3)
Trainees are recommended to have some experience with being staff however this is not required. As a Trainee you are expected to handle mostly chat issues and answering players questions. With this rank you will be taught how to Screenshare and will be expected to record rule breakers before punishing them.
Moderator (2)
Moderators are expected to help teach Trainees what they learned before they reached Mod. Moderators will need to punish the players in the Trainees videos if they have indeed broken a rule.
Moderator+ (0)
SeniorMod (1)
SeniorMods are expected to help their fellow moderators in any issues and questions they have. They generally are looked upon to manage the moderators below them and assist them in dealing with questions. They are the first rank able to restore bases on UHCF so generally stick to that server.

Developer (1)
This is the first paid position we are looking for. Developers are required to have at least a year in Java knowledge as well as knowledge in Bungee and MySQL. We usually pay monthly but in some cases pay per plugin. Pricing will be discussed in PMs.
NetworkAdmin (1)
This position holds great power on the AzruNetwork so please do not apply without some previous experience. As a NetworkAdmin you are expected to have general knowledge in every area of staffing. This position is holds arguably the second highest power in terms of permissions and respect right below owner.

Community Manager (1)
As a community Manager you are expected to gather the ideas of the community and bring them to the attention of the Owners. We value our communities input and love implementing their ideas. You are also expected to interact with them on a daily basis.
Staff Manager (1)
As a Staff Manager you are expected to maintain the staff team. You will deal with staff applications as well as talk to them in Teamspeak if they are accepted. You are required to give all staff the rundown of their job whenever they get promoted. You are also allowed to promote and demote staff members.
General Manager (0)
Owner (1)
With this position you will work side by side with me to come up with ideas and make AzruNetwork the best server it can be. You will be required to help out a little financially but most of that will be taken care of by me. It is recommended that you have some sort of skill in terms of development or a skill in general that so you can work with me in that field.
