Not trying to be rude, but what were you on or what were guys thinking of when you guys wanted to open this host along with the host name and plan ideas? Also would suggest investing in WHMCS along with a proper website, just my advice to you guys.

Well, here’s some stuff you can do to improve your thread and company:

1. You didn’t invest with enough money. You need a website & domain at least. You need to be able to invest with enough to sustain

2. Add your features, I see no reason to host with you guys

3. Lower prices. $5/GB is very high for a new company without even a website.

4. Get a Thread Design. Every host that is very entitled to their company does this to improve

5. 216 mb is not 0.2GB, 256 mb is 0.2GB so you might wanna fix that

Also, I own a company where we can do basically everything for you, a professional panel setup, website development/design, Thread Designs, Hosting Tips, and more. I don’t wanna bash, just giving you some tips.

Finally, I am a Sales Representative as well. So, I know what costumers look for.

Have a good day.

I agree with you but, you aren't allowed to link your discord server in someone else's thread. That just looks like you're trying to steal their customers.

5.1 Do not advertise your product/service on another member’s thread.

I was not adding the “0.05” because 0.25GB would equal to 0.5GB as doubled witch looks like they we’re doing so I said 0.2GB as 0.25GB, just simplified

Get a belsta or Whcms it seems you guys can't fund this. Alos you forgot a space in between "When ordering, give the customersupport rep. the code MCM112233451 to get a 5% recurring discount on top of the free first month and 25% recurring discount after that." You may want to fix that and get a proper website with a proper thread design.

RIGHTS TO USE THE SERVICE
https://discordapp.com/terms#rights-to-use-the-service

The Service provides a social online and mobile chat platform via the App and related Internet services. The Service may allow you to participate in public and private chat rooms and to utilize messaging features to communicate with other users of the Service. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use and access the Service, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.You agree not to (and not to attempt to) (i) use the Service for any use or purpose other than as expressly permitted by these Terms or (ii) copy, adapt, modify, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast or otherwise exploit the Service or any portion of the Service, except as expressly permitted in these Terms. No licenses or rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise under any intellectual property rights owned or controlled by the Company or its licensors, except for the permissions and rights expressly granted in these Terms.

You're probably thinking: "Why would discord go after me, and there's tons of servers, they wont find out."

They will find out, bottom line. I knew a few people who had their discord shutdown because they sold items off it. I wouldn't depend on discord anymore for your entire company. It's unprofessional and you shouldn't serve a client base on it. You may want to say, "I organize it though", well, still, it wont work out unless you have them sign up.

I'd also suggest like everyone else says, investing more. The name is kiddish and without something unique you will literally go nowhere. I hope you find all this constructive though.
