What is this?
This isn't a service team. We won't take your money.
This isn't a company. We're not going to hire you as a contractor.
This is a coalition, a group, a way for talented and most importantly indepedent freelancers to be recognized and easily found, run by people who have been through the struggles of finding clientele.
I've explained this idea in other words before:
Do you know/remember any service teams? I'm looking to get some very high skilled people together into one Discord server where you can hire people who have actually been vetted, y'know, to be good at what they do. There's no bullshit commission systems. Everybody gets to immediately talk to the freelancer (or their manager, or whatever, if they have one). The freelancer takes everything, the whole thing is just a discord/platform to promote these people.
Who we're looking for
This coalition must maintain the highest possible calibre of quality, so, of course, you will need a great portfolio, vouches/reputation/reviews or similar, and a great attitude will do wonders.
In terms of clientele, we are aiming at the higher end of the market and not at the people who want things for free or $10.
Caveats?
We won't find clients for you. This is more like a badge of honor. You do GOOD SHIT and are recognized for it.
BUT, the Coalition will be advertised as much as possible.
Every freelancer works under a common Terms of Service so that it is easier to solve disputes. This can be arranged and discussed!
