Backend Developer with experience with Discord API

I am looking for a backend developer with a bit of experience with the Discord API and a small amount of the PayPal API.

The project will include the following:

• A login page that links your account with Discord
• Creating a page for each user on sign up
  
• Purchase of a premium package to give benefits to the specific user (eg. remove ads)
• Changeable profile settings (basic)

My budget is around $100. Price is negotiable.
