Backend + Frontend team

Another suggestion I have thought about would be having two seperate teams.


You can hire 2 task forces..

Frontend
5 members, (Chat/Regular Moderators) say..
And they run the frontend, and moderate all that goes on.

Backend
10 users doing the entire backend clearing all the logs getting us back into a stable view.

This is a rough view of what would happen, but we need two teams apart of this community, so CLEAR the backlogs, and get MC-Market back onto a good view, so we can implement some of these more fun suggestions, and things to help the growing process.

This would help for many reasons, and could be the change needed to get MCM back to normal.

I don't understand the distinction between what you consider to be front end work compared to backend work. The backlog was not caused by us not having a good staff hierarchy, it was caused by us not having enough staff to get the work done that we needed done. This year so far we've been making major improvements to the team and it's significantly better than it's ever been in my opinion, making this even less necessary.
