Backend Maintenance Admins

I am currently the Head-Manager of a fairly large server. We are in maintenance and will have a large and enhanced release on November 24th. Our playerbase was 30-40 as a singular server, so its estimated to be around 70-100 since we will be a network when releasing.

We are looking for Admins to handle back end maintenance. You will be in charge of configuration, optimization, general advisement and specific scenarios requiring administrative support. Your main task will be reconfiguration though, so you will often come across plugins you are not familiar with. Which means you must be quick-to-learn and independently be able to learn & complete the task without me guiding you. Another admin will be doing reconfiguration tasks as well, and as well as me during various occasions.

REQUIREMENTS
Must Have a clean IGN. We have a lot of young members in our playerbase.

Must be able to efficiently and correctly handle tasks. Though there is me and another back end admin so you wont be expected to have too many at once.

Must be age 14+

Must be able to get in voice calls

Must be able to spend around 23+ hours per week.

Although this does seem like an overwhelming job, it is not going to be the case where you will have many tasks assigned to you at once. There is an advanced back end admin that you will be working with (Though usually separate tasks) As well as me during certain occasions.
This isn't generally a paid task, it is done out of volunteering. Though there could be exceptions.

It is open for whoever wants to volunteer and has spare time. There is no specialty why someone who didn't want to do that would pick us.

I agree. 23 hours per week for someone with the skill sets would get paid around 30$ depending on how much work.
