Let me state this first so you don't waste you're time reading, these staff positions are not paid as of yet but will/could be in the future. Hello! Backlash Creations is a company supplying users with projects made by talented individuals we are kind of like a service team by I don't like using the term "service team" We are a team that supply's products to individuals. We are looking for Support workers, Moderators, and people for the Administrative team. We are in early stages of development so we are not looking for a large team, we are looking for a couple to a small group of people to get our team started. No one generates sales without getting paid. If a sale is generated it was from a freelancer which takes the majority of they pay, the person who created the sale also gets a cut. This will be discussed to the freelancer before the project is completed. At the end of the day everyone who completed work as well as created the sale gets paid.[DOUBLEPOST=1587204017][/DOUBLEPOST]

Quoted this issue in the comment above. Staff do not generate sales. Staff will be getting paid later on from there activity in the community. Freelancers and sales reps will always get paid for doing there job. Staff are here to moderate the server not generate sales.
