What exactly makes you guys so different to the other hosts? Also, misspelling of weird in your thread.

First of all thanks for the tip haha, what makes us different from the rest is that we are there for the customer and not that our services are there for the customer. we are planning on running multiple panels like pterodactyl to multicraft ect. or if the client wants to have something that we dont support of have we will take a look in a short amount of time to change thinks.

What happened?

Does this mean anything tangible or is it just words? Like, how does this benefit the customer, Aren't all B2C companies entirely consumer-oriented?

They said on discord that their host is merging stuff around and as such some websites show as suspended

And that includes their own. Not sure why you would host your site off the same machine used to host client sites. So many things could go wrong like if that machine goes offline, your site goes off too...

Our provider had some maintenance on the network, they had problems with old server IPs being blocked from the network level due to abusive users that were on the server. becouse of that we had some downtime. I posted this thread on a realy bad timing so now the only thing were is talking about is the maintenance on the network.[DOUBLEPOST=1560799071][/DOUBLEPOST]

lately a client/old friend came to me that some hosts aren't there for the customers. they didn't go further than the assistance they offered from there site. We dont want to be like that, We would like to give support oudsite our offerings. I didn't delve into it about how a lot of other hosts are handling things, We want to do our own job.

I think this is what every host on this site with no real unique selling points claims. Do you have any particular experience you can point to in server management which would make you more credible than the next person for this job?
Drizzy I keep on seeing this too much now. In the nicest way possible, not a lot of people go to a host because they offer a unique selling point. Honestly a lot of people couldn't care if they just used a normal pterodactyl panel. People go to hosts because of there repuation, specs and prices. No one could give a fuck about a mod manager really. The easiest comparison would be Crident (Your host) vs Hexane (owned by Hryogenic) which are both Garry's Mod hosts since that is what Crident is mainly aimed at. You may have a more up to date panel with a better layout, mod manager, resources and a back door scanner + the loads more you offer. But when me and my friends tested out a Crident server for our community. We a I7 7700k in the UK and it would stutter, ping randomly go high and low and players would complain about random lag and framedrops while having 0 addons on a server. Hexane has the same specs as you, there panel is worse and outdated. But the peformance was 100% better than what you offered.

End of the story, you offer loads of added extra's which is a amazing selling point. But Id never choose your hosting. Because for me and my friends, it was utter wank. But when I went to Hexane with no selling points really. It was amazing and had 0 complaints. Its not all about selling points so for the love of god please stop asking about it. Not a lot of people give a shit about selling points, they care about prices and specs really

I'm sorry right, but why are you changing the subject, I was stating a example. You and your Crident team are everywhere asking "what is the unique selling point of your host" and it gets really annoying. For example. Let's say you are a new host (like this one for example) you dont want to have a WAYYY bigger host ask you for there unique selling point, it makes them feel under you seeing that if they don't have one of they say somet like "we prioritise performance and support to provide customers with a great experience" and then you go on to say

It isnt good is it, it can be misinterpreted as you basically claiming that you are better than them(not saying that's what I think, but it can be taken that way). I don't care if the host could be shit or really good. If your team is on there asking for the selling point I'll state my opinion to them too, I really couldn't care less.

Also like I stated before, my example was about how Crident had MAJOR selling points, but a host with a what 8 or somet year old panel out performed a modern host with the same hardware. Oh and btw I did create a ticket, No response. So dont claim me to "be like most people" right, But on another Forum which you was BANNED off for trolling, not listening to staff and also ADVERTISING AND SUPPORTING A CHEAT FOR A GAME THAT YOU HOST. So I mean the only thing I can really say now is, you aint gonna listen to me 1 bit, but for the love of god. Instead of asking what is the unique selling point of the host. Offer a vouch or +rep for a 24h trail and erm... maybe just find out for yourself.

I'm done now, got my points across. Convo ended, bit of advice though. Saying that "like most of the time when people make these types of claims, you didn't make a ticket" isnt correct one bit. I put a ticket in, none of your support did anything. I get better support off a summerhoax :) just saying
