so literally i've donated to this site on other account which i lost all im asking support is to give me email of my old acc so i can get new password since i've forgot email and pass... wasnt here few months...

+ i have all proofs that it's mine account
+ support no help waiting few hours already...
+ i've bought premium rank
+ i dont wanna lose all my reactions,rep etc that i have on old acc
+ how could i login into my paypal where i've bought premium rank and screenshoot it if it's not my acc and my paypal email? i mean seriously...

and all i am asking is email without password of my previous acc ._.

yes i did made another acc "Elixor" bcs there's no other way to contact support unless u make another account. (this is not multi-acc-spamming)

Perhaps the staff are offline? Staff can't cater to everyone's needs. What was your previous account?

Takes staff months to reply to support requests, I can see why people get annoyed.

At most, staff usually replies (to me atleast) at most in a day. However, hours < months, but I doubt they are slacking off that much. However, he was waiting hours not months, and people are in line waiting for them.

Obviously a few hours is far too little time to be getting impatient about having not received support.
However, for those out there who have been waiting longer, I apologize.
Several staff members, including myself, had increased inactivity over the holiday season in order to spend time with friends and family, and there has been some buildup as a result.
Now that the new year has passed, getting everything down to normal is top priority.
Your patience and understanding is appreciated.
