Hey,

Don’t want to sound hating but the strengths list made no sense to me. Most of them a very good and well known traits that is already Expected. You should be unique why should we pay you? Why should we hire you? For example strengths: “1. I am very good at writing. (Obvious reasons) 2. I can deal with staff situations I do not shutdown when I get overloaded and I ask for help when needed.” Those are just stuff on the top of my head. Please sound unique how do we know you not just a Minecraft twelve year old?

I don't want to hate on you but...I feel like my strengths lists are fine. Also, listed ^ in the thread payment is not a requirement just greatly appreciated. Also, I wrote this when I was beginning my management years so my experience in that field has grown tremendously. Thank you for your suggestion though it will be taken into my new thread.
