Hello there, my name is Bailey, I am 17 years old and I live in the United Kingdom. I have a lot of hobbies including karate, football, gaming and more. I have been gaming since I was 9-10 years old and I love it. I have been playing Minecraft since I was 11 and enjoyed every minute of playing it. I think it is a very unique game that has had a massive impact on the industry. I work at KFC which is where I have experienced communication and working as a team. I have worked there for 19 months.

Ever since I have owned a computer I have been passionate for gaming and meeting new people. I am motivated to set and reach my goals which allows me to be successful. I have been part of many Minecraft servers and have even owned and run servers myself. I do not require any payments unless it is a donation which I appreciate massively.
I know what it takes to be a great manager. I am organised, hard-working and focused. Once I start a project I will not change my focus until it is successful. I am also good at maintaining and taking pride in projects.

Such as:

• Why you over other people that focus in management.
• Your previous experiences in management and a portfolio to prove this.
• Is there any specific management that you focus in?
• Do you charge or are you voluntary?
