Baltop Plugin: Faction & Vault Included

Hello mc-market,

Today I am requesting a custom baltop gui plugin. This will open a gui that reveals the players with the top economy on the server.

The way I want it developed:
5 top slots
Each slot will have the players head
When you hover over the players head it will show their mc name, total balance and faction they are in.

We use vault for our economy. If you think you can do this please respond and we can talk details.

I am willing to pay 10$ for this plugin.
