Could someone explain to me why people with like Premium and Supreme bad evade when knowing they can be banned any second? Don't they just waste their money? I've also seen a person with 30+ reps getting his acc banned for "ban evading" lol

Confidence. If you do it well then you won't get caught immediately and will make your money back in deals before you are banned again. Premium/Supreme also help your status/reputations so there's that too...
