I assume you mean the second part, in which case I asked a moderator lol. It's common practice for that to be how staff get paid on forums. It's how this site and the competitors do it.

Whenever a staff member finishes a report they get paid, probably around 0.10 (Disputes are probably around 0.25, and tickets around 0.15), adding up to their final payout at the end of the month. So when a member breaks the rules, the staff get paid more.

As others have said, there is no proper way for us to be able to block this, and restricting certain keywords like this is a pretty ineffective way to go about it. Since the time this suggestion was made we have gone ahead and added a notice to the videogame items forum telling everyone that hypixel skyblock coins aren't allowed to be sold, and that seems to have partly solved the problem. The people still breaking this rule are the people who know it's against our rule and try to do it anyways before we remove the content a few hours later, and this solution wouldn't really solve this either.
