It really doesn't matter. It's still a server, and it's the servers that are not allowed to be advertised in shoutbox.

I see where Justis is coming from, BUT, I don't agree with you guys getting kicked. Sure, it was kind of obvious it was a Mineplex server, but that was just an assumption- not a fact. You can't kick people off of assumptions. Also, he's still a moderator after he broke the #1 rule on this forum- scamming.

Scamming is not tolerated, and if I had, I would not be a chat mod.
You can ask anyone who's opened a scam report on me if I indeed scammed them, I am confident you will find I have never done anything of the sort.
Any situations you're referring to were a result of miscommunication, and were resolved by communication.

By this logic of kicking people, I assume you have scammed quite a bunch of people, shouldn't you be banned now? I assumed it, so it must be so?...

I don't think it is fair to question anyone's opinion on this. Just because someone agrees with the minority or majority doesn't make their opinion less valuable than the next persons. And this is coming from a person who thinks you are in the right in this situation.

I think you misunderstood my intent.
I was not questioning whether his opinion was one that the majority or minority holds, but rather if he holds that opinion because the majority does.
It is always fair to question the reasoning behind someone's opinion, I'm sure you can agree; and from his previous post, it would seem that he was using the fact that the "majority" thought one thing to conclude they must be right, and he must therefore agree.

Though, this is completely irrelevant to the topic.

Before, when people thought those things, they were generally known as true. People thought the Earth was the center of the universe, and shunned scientists who claimed otherwise. The "majority" included learned (at least they thought so) scientists. On MCM, the majority isn't all stupid-little-kids, there are really smart people here too who can see through anyones veil of lies.

I'm somewhat against the rule now too.

Creating a thread asking for a staff member to get banned is not the way to go.
I have to repeat this a lot, if you have a issue with a staff member, PM me.
