Ban users who leak private conversations in shoutbox

Recently I have been the target of harrassment in the shoutbox. I won't mention names because I believe everyone has good days and bad days. When someone private messages another user, they should at the very least be guaranteed that their messages won't be shared publicly. I understand that in cases involving scamming, this is sometimes necessary, but in the way it was done to me today, it should not be tolerated.

Doesn't seem very ban worthy to me. We could perhaps issue a warning when this happens, but that's about as far as we can take it. We won't ever offer a guarantee that private conversations will stay private, as sometimes, it's appropriate for private messages to be shared with others.

If you don't want your conversation shared with others, politely ask the people you are corresponding with not to share the conversation. If they do so anyway, that can be considered disrespect and we will warn the user.

That's the best I think we can do here.
