BananaCloud Looking For Staff (10-20 playing at all times!)

Hello! I am the owner of Banana Cloud. This is a dupe Factions server which is becoming pretty big. Due to me switching jobs and going on vacation I am in need of staff, I am currently looking for some devs, Admins and a manager. I need a dev to help fix a lot of my plugins and to help me start making this into a dupe network (25+ requesting for me to do so). I need a manager to help accept/deny staff, help find YouTubers etc and some Admins to do the rest. This server started out small but since I posted my video about it on YouTube I am near 1k views and have 90+ in the Discord server. I am working hard irl and am currently quitting some jobs to try and have more time for the server (I am getting 2 new ones, less hours but more pay so its about the same)

What is the point in putting out advertisements for manager and they need to be on the server for 2 weeks, and your picking the new manager in 1 week. How does that work?

That was for players of my server, they don't have much experience so I am seeking on here to see if anyone with experience would like to help, otherwise I will pick one of them.
