Essentially I need a plugin that adds a configurable bank vault that can be robbed by players. it needs to do the following
1.) When the bank vault is robbed, it will take $100 from every online player (changeable in the config) and give it to the player who robbed. The others will get a message such as "The bank has been robbed! you lost $100!"
2.) To rob the bank, you will first need to get past one set of iron doors, that will have a "keypad" somewhere near it. The keypad is just a set block or sign that you right click to open a gui, the gui will just have you press a few glass pane buttons, and then the gui will close and you will get a title message saying "Hacking into keypad, 10% complete" it would go up 10% every 5 ticks (configurable in the config) then when it is 100% hacked, the doors will open.
3.) Once that set of doors is open, you now have to go to the Vault door, where you will have to do the same thing.
4.) When you are inside of the vault, there will be a sign in there that you will need to click, once you do that it will start the bank robbing process. It should take 60 seconds to rob the bank (configurable with config) and you will have to stay in a 5 block radius of the sign or the robbery will cancel, you will have to click on the sign again. (countdown should be a title screen again)
5.) once you have collected the money, you have to escape the bank, to do this all you have to do is live for 100 more seconds (changeable in the config), if you die or if you teleport, you will loose the money and it will go back into the vault (even if you are forcefully teleported by a different plugin)
6.) If you loose the money all players who lost their $100 will get it back thanks to the police.
7.) Bank can only be robbed once every 60 minutes (changeable in config) you can do /vault check to see how much time it left until it has been replenished.
8.) If you have the permission node BankVault.false or something like that, you will be unable to rob the bank, this is for police officers and such.
9.) the same gui used to open a bank door can be used to close a bank door.
