Banned from shout box? Corrupt?

Earlier today I was complaining about Babe scamming me out of $80..

While I was talking, Myiume was constantly giving me warnings. Due to the fact that he is not staff anymore, I ignored his warnings. During this time, I only received 1 warning which was from rocket. His warning was just clearing chat and saying "Make a scam report" (If you consider this a warning). And then, without another warning, I was banned from shout box!

So, I have a couple of questions that I would like answered..
1) How come staff still treat Myiume as a staff member even though he is not..?
2) Is it abuse that Rocket banned me without giving me any real warnings..?

I was wrongly banned for 48 hours from the entire site, and I demanded proof from Mick on skype. Apparently K3Feedz banned me? Idk but some weird abuse happened. thna i was unbanned immeaditely after
