I disagree. Lets give an example, if I scammed you, and you left a negative rep on my profile, but then you got banned later on would you like everyone to forget Im a scammer or would you like it to stay so people know?

Users are not allowed to throw around accusations of scamming without linking a scam report. Which means a scam report would be opened, and if you were concluded to have scammed, you would be banned. Your reputation would be irrelevant.
If you were innocent of scamming, and his reputation continued to accuse you of scamming, then his reputation would be promoting false information and would be removed anyways.

Most likely suggested before like everything remove reputation you got from banned players (pos / neg / neutral)
Reputation by banned members are already removed manually. You simply need to report it.

You never know, people who don't like you may do it out of spite to lower your rep lol.
Reputation by banned members is not something which violates our rules so reports for this should be used with reservation and modesty until our reputation system is developed enough to handle this automatically.
If it becomes an issue before an automated system can be put in place we will make any necessary changes to enforcement.

Wait, so are you saying that when the rep system is done being developed enough, we can lose our positive rep from banned users?
I am not confirming that, since details about such a development have not yet been discussed, which they will likely be in a public suggestion thread once the development actually becomes relevant and possible. At this point it is not, because at this point, there is far more on our developers' plates and requiring staff attention. All I am saying is how things will be at present.

The reputation system as a whole is undergoing and planning to undergo far too many changes for speculation on the specifics of far future automated processes for currently nonexistent and irrelevant policies to be beneficial in any way.
So, in the words of The Godfather "Don't worry about it". It's outside the scope of our current reality.
