When a user is banned their profile becomes blocked so it is no longer visible

Could this be changed?

No but there are a few reputable people that are banned also and when you search a previous user and want to see what they posted before they got banned it's made harder by the fact they don't have a profile page

Had the thought to make it so that on the banned users profile you can see the reason why they were banned

I think this is a good suggestion, I'd like to visit banned users profile pages, but I cant.

There are way more whys than why nots.
