Using uBlock I have all ad containers blocked on my desktop so I usually don't see it when it happens, but noticed it on my phone today.

Seems to be "fixed" now though.

This is a known bug with our ads manager where certain banner ad packages don't seem to remember the user criteria that we set up for them, so all users can see them until we manually change it back each time that a new ad is approved. When we move to XF2 we'll be redeveloping a new ads manager system so this should be all gucci by then.
