Banner Boards Configuration

Hello,

I'm looking for someone to make some BannerBoards for me on my server's tutorial. I am looking for users familiar with the plugin. For an example of what I'm looking for, visit this server: play.feroxmc.net. Keep in mind, I don't want an exact copy of their system, just something close. It would also fit different dimensions.

I don't think that budget is low at all - if anything, it's generous considering the simplicity of the task. I don't know how long it takes you to type text but shouldn't take more than an hour or two for an average person to retype text and upload an image as a background if they know what they're doing.
