Because I already edited the template and removed the black bars. Also, I'm pretty sure he doesn't because they're not on the example shown in the video.

If you knew anything about design, and banners, you would know they won't show up on a monitor, or mobile device, thats the grid lines so people know where they can fit shit into it

I thought you said you didn't care but since you seem so content with arguing back I went and uploaded the banner you sent to my channel. As you can see the black bars are there and I actually had to go resize the banner because the size you posted wasn't right. I wouldn't go out making false claims that I don't know anything about design.
