Banner Templates?

I'm wondering where all the sellers get their templates from. Trying to get into Adobe Effects and would like to start with modifying templates to understand how it actually works.
I see a lot selling the same modified template banners for quite a low price.
For example this templates. I have seen them many times before.

It's not just that they look the same in one shop, they look the same everywhere.
I can give you like 6 different sellers with the same templates...

Do you not understand what he just said? The original seller makes the template from scratch, then sells modified versions of those templates.. No two sellers templates are exactly the same.
