Just because it was appraised for a high amount doesn't mean any end-user, especially in a minecraft forums, will pay such prices. Know your audience...
That being said, I would checkout peerideas and namepros for a way better appraisal. That is just hyper inflated. Makes me think that's like a estibot value instead.

Would you mind linking me the post? It seems a bit much. Either way, wrong forums. No way an end-user on Mc-Market would pay that high for a domain that doesn't even relate to Minecraft. Again, know your audience. I would suggest posting a thread on NamePros if a few users appraised it for four-figures.
I buy domains frequently and own over 100. I am not sure the domain is worth what some might quote it at. Online quotes I have found for this domain/similar mythical characters are indeed up to par, coming in around 7k for similar domains. However, for this forum I would imagine this would never be sold, perhaps try some cracked forums or blackhat forums. GLWS.
