The reason it's really messy is because of the floor. No offense, but all those different blocks make it look like a garbage dump inside some walls. The actual walls are fine, people like the detailed look they have. But the actual inside is a real mess. You have indents in the ground which I assume are the paths. At least the paths should be a different block. The actual platform people are spawning in seems out of place and not part of the build. Fix these things and the value of you build will go up for sure
