I am here today to sell my server as I do not have time to manage it and since I didnt have time it died. I am hoping to sell this server that I personally feel has a lot of potential and many can enjoy if owned and managed by the right people.
I will have TOS below.

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Quite an expensive price,
Better have it too high that too low :p
That is just if you want to skip the bidding and buy straight away[DOUBLEPOST=1518124191][/DOUBLEPOST](I dont expect to get close to that much in all honesty)

Why don’t you leave the server online so people can see it?

I'll just respond to that then, the post was made since the state of donor ranks, world info, Discord, etc. was not mentioned in Jack's ToS (therefore I assume a new owner could easily remove all the ranks, builds, etc. to start anew). Of course the server isn't very old so players would probably be a bit disappointed that they spent money on items and ranks that didn't even last that long, the same can be said with time spent on builds, bases, obtaining wealth, etc. The general same can be said about the server and Discord since the ToS has no phrasing about what can be done with the Discord and website upon purchase, hence the phrase "The server's Discord may or may not remain."

I want to point out that the majority of the playerbase is tied more to long-standing players than the server itself, with most donors being friends or connected IRL to other players who referred them to the server. As such you can assume they will follow the main link (which is mainly 2 players, one of which holds a staff position and will be migrating over to the new server with Jack and myself) rather than stay on the current server.

The plan was initially to use the profits from a potential sale here to primarily finance the budget for a new server, and offer rank transfers to equivalents if it went through successfully. I know Jack says he didn't have time and you're probably wondering why we'd try to work on a new server, I don't really know. Lastly I'll address the starting point of the announcement, chances are certain plugins keep files containing user IP and other information and omitting them all would not be efficient, some people may be paranoid, etc. so that phrase was added in.

So you're stating that the players will most likely leave once this server is sold. I'm getting the feeling you're trying to squeeze out what you can and establish a new server. $500 is a ridiculous price.
Yes the server will not come to with a playerbase. Its more the server that we are selling.

We are possibly going to make a new server in the future though it is not 100% decided. I agree, $500 is ridiculous and frankly quite greedy of me. I apologise for that and I have updated it to a new pricce

thats a bit of a barbaric price for a server..... ikik bad pun

but no honeslty even my self having worked several irl now hunting one of my own. im not even that dumb to spend 500 or even 50 for that matter on a server thats gonna lose half its money base as soon as it sells thats gonna but me or anyone in a bad place in a hurry. as the new owner would have to come in and take over and assume the hosting costs depending on the server that could be a low as a few bucks a month to many thousand a month for full dedicated servers. but being a single factions it seems to be a tiny ish network far smaller then im personally accustom to but it could grow. but losing the key staff member is the problem for me. lossing the staff right a way is setiing you up for total failure. because now the players are "alone" in a sense with a strange owner that they dont know. maintain the old staff member for a period of time say 6mos. to "transition" the players to the new owner using the old known staff member as the mediator. some one they know and can complain freely to then the staff member can relay the concerns and such to the new owner. and nearing the 6mos turnover period stepping down and bringing up other staff. then bowing out gracefully and silently at the 6mos mark would be a much better alternitive and probally a better selling point. just sayin. players dont like sudden change and a new owner even on a well established self supporting server has massive fallout. and fear in a sense.

Regarding the staff it would have to be their own choice in order to stay

alright after being on for a bit and checking your site it seems there is 5 players that are still "active" but the spawn seems oddly similar to one that i saw on an old server i staffed what would your bottom dollar be and how well would your community receive a new owner. ive never personally been a big factions player but learning isnt an issue. im a skyblock admin/vanilla/acid island admin by trade so or at least i use to be. the owner and i had different opinions on where the server should be headed. and i picked the wrong side of the fence. oops i wanted to pull resourse ram wise from vanilla since it was a small player base and load it to skyblock as we were always hitting our 100 player cap and had to set the server to auto kick players when a staff member of skyblock was tring to get on
i wanted to add reserver slots for donors and staff and such we bickered abot that for months then i finally just said screw it and left hes not listining to reason skyblock was his money maker (me and the staff team i had built) when i applied the skyblock was suffering from lack of staff then good staff at that, but i diegress off to exlpore the server some more

i wil consider continuing on my current plan to roll out a full network on my own but if you can i can reach a reasonable agreement and cost that doesnt put me in a bad spot but doesn't harm you then i may consider buying your server and limping it allong to transfer it when that day comes failing that this one can always be fixed :) it just takes dedication

I apologize but I do not know what you are saying.
Regarding the spawn someone built it for me (I have lost contact with them since then). Someone said before that it may have been stolen but I was skeptical.
The "I dont know what you are saying" is about the end. from what I've gathered you may possibly be interested if we can come to a fair agreement, would that be correct?
