Bard, Archer, And Miner Kit with Archer tag

I am looking for a plugin that has Bard, Archer, And Miner Kit with Archer tag. The Bard has to work with the players in the faction and nobody else. Archer tag has to be working 100%.

Here is what I would like it to do:

- Have an archer tag by BLOCK
- Must be an experienced dev
- Bard will be working with the faction members // with mango
