Hey,

I'm looking for a new Host that can host multiple dedicated servers, that have good DDoS Protection in General not just MC in General.

Hosts I've used
- ReliableSite - Good Specs and DataCenter, but they just null IPs.
- OVH Game - Current Host I am with perfect, but looking for better and that is in stock.

US DataCenter

Comment down what you can offer, your website, discord, specs, protection etc.

Will be interesting to see what host can compare to OVH’s DDoS protection.... you didn’t specify any requirements besides that you were looking for a host:
that have good DDoS Protection in General not just MC in General.
We can always look at doing custom DDoS protection but it won’t be cheap and nothing will come close to what OVH offers as default for all their servers.

Hi,

A viable solution would be having OVH on your frontend to benefit from their DDoS mitigation capability, with your backend hosted on other providers nearby.

Could you give us a little more detail on what specifically you are looking for?

Right now you're asking for a dedicated server with good DDoS protection, which sounds like OVH would be great.

You said you needed something better than OVH and in stock, can you elaborate? Better in what way? Are you looking for a certain cpu?

It's very much possible. If you look at someone like Raaj Patel, they offers servers protected by Path.net. They have a whopping bandwidth capacity and offer L3,4 and 7 protection. It's definitely a good feature to look at :)

I used path.net when I had colocation with dedipath in the past. There is a certain protection that you pay for, just because path has a big bandwidth capacity, doesn't mean that the hosting provider has paid for that amount of protection.

Our data center provides mitigation up to 500gbps, but we choose to offer 20Gbps to keep our server pricing affordable.[DOUBLEPOST=1617641443][/DOUBLEPOST]I would be curious to know how much Raaj Patel pays for the protection and how much gbps it covers, I would always love to explore options.

Check out Tempest.net, operated by Path.net, 10G uplinks and 3.5Tbps VAC size I believe, they also have custom filtering for things such as minecraft.

Hi Salesguy1996,

We offer protection by Path.net with over 3Tbps of global capacity and 650Gbps+ attacks successfully mitigated, they're the leader in DDoS mitigation and protection. They also offer game-specific filters for TCP games such as Minecraft Java edition, Source Games (and can also show you higher on server lists), FiveM, and even Minecraft Bedrock edition.

You can see our dedicated server plans here: https://byteania.com/dedicated
Our Dallas location has Path.net protection live today. In Tampa, we're waiting for them to open their Miami location and we will enable it then. You can also preorder for Los Angeles and our UK location if you'd like.

Even the highest end corero filters can only really process upto around 200Gbit/s on a good day and those cost in the 6 figures. I'd be quite surprised to see 800Gbit of VAC capacity without some really wack custom setups

Correct, I edited my previous reply, We have a hardware-based Corero that can handle 100Gbit/s of DDoS Protection, but it is possible to get higher protection by using a protected tunnel.

Best regards,
Pim
