Basic, custom social media like Twitter

Hello!

I am looking to make something like Twitter for my community. It would be web based to start off, but I would be looking into expanding into an app.

I would also like to request that the website css looks nice!

I am 100% willing to negotiate a price, though, at the moment, I am looking for a quote!

Some of the basic functions:

• Following
• Profile
• Messages
• Post deleting (admin)
• Post editing (author)
• A flagging system
• A system where people can see who flagged the video for what reason (Toggleable)
