Basic Factions Setup

Looking for a simple factions setup including a spawn, basic plugin configuration for factions and ranks/permissions. It's been a while since I set up a server and I need this provided ASAP for a large streamer.

The more basic the better, so I can expand the server however we choose. We only need the files; and you should provide proof you have the rights to sell any builds. Ideally we need this in the next few hours so if anyone has an existing setup that'd be great. We can always purchase a prebuilt factions spawn from elsewhere.

I would prefer communicating on-site, but could add you on Discord if you provide me a quote first.
