You can mention that they are on the network but you are not allowed to include the plugin itself. You can provide them with the config files to the premium plugin but they will need to purchase it for themselves.

Actually not all slovenian players they are from all across eu.

It's a rushed server. The quality overall is not that satisfying. Personally I would work on this server more, make it better then sell it again.
