1. How long have you been playing on BattleMade?
I have yet to be able to join In Game, but I have made a forums account and will be getting on the server today.
2. Why do you believe that you can contribute to the server?
I believe I can contribute to the network because of my experience as a staff member, my activity and my hard drive working ability. More explained in Q3.
3. Why should we choose you for this position rather then others
You should choose me over somebody else for a couple reasons.
Maturity
Even at 12 years old, I can be one of the more mature staff members on the team. I won't whine or get angry if I make a mistake - I will just try to fix it and move on. I can deal with certain situations with a calm attitude, such as Flame Wars and Arguments.
Activity
Being 12 years old, time frees up for me to be on the server. I can usually get on for at least 1 hour a day, and sometimes up to 8 hours. You will also see my be active on the forums and not just in game.
Experience
Most of this part will be explained in Q4, but with my experience I know what to do at certain times, I have an extensive knowledge of commands, and the expectations that I should try to reach every day.
Hard Work
You can see me on the team as one of the more hard working staff members of the community. I will always be trying to do better than what I have done, and strive to be a well respected administrator.
Friendliness
You can find me as one of the more friendly staff members because of how I always like to be on top of things, and am not a boring person. You can see me with almost always a positive attitude towards players, staff and or the community. I will be that person that won't only help people in game, but also take the time if I have it to reach out and play with the players, keeping most of them with a mind set of them loving the server.
Communication
As of one of the requirements, I can handle most situations with ease. I am able to communicate with anyone - old, young, depressed, furious, etc. I am very fluent in English so people can understand me, as well as I am a very fast typer so I can get back to players quicker than most people. I also speak a bit of Dutch and German, so if any foreign players that speak a different language come on, I might be able to handle the situation better than others.
Flexibility
As of one of the requirements, you need to be flexible and dedicated. I can do both of those things. As for flexibility, I can hold off something I am doing and can work on what the team needs me to. If there are many players online and I am the only staff, I can adjust to be working with the players. As for dedication, being staff means that you need to be on that server for your #1 priority, and that means I will be on any chance I get to help the server out.
4. Do you have past experience as a Helper/Moderator on any other Server? ( Do not include IP)
I do have experience as a Helper/Moderator, but what would help me in this position is that I have been an Administrator before on an OP Prison server. This player base contained 10-50 people on at a time, and was fairly popular. On the first day, I was accepted as a Helper and worked my way up to Head-Mod in the 2 weeks of me being staff. Over the next two weeks, me and another moderator were promoted to Administrator. My job was to moderate the chat as well as playing around with the members of the community to have them want to stay. I resigned on this server due to me not being interested in the new update.

I have also been a Helper on a 400+ player base network. On this network, I had the chance to do many of the reports, moderated the chat in game, and was always on the outlook for hacks by other players. On this network, I mainly played on the servers of Skywars, KitPvP, and Survival. After 3 months of me being staff, I was demoted for a lack of maturity. It was very hard to be demoted after 3 months of hard work every day put in. Many of the players even hinted towards the administrative team that I should have been promoted. Nevertheless, this was the biggest staff member job I have had so far.

I have also been staff on 10-30 player base servers, but they were pretty small so I won't be talking about my experiences on there.
5. Have you ever been banned on a server? If so explain what happened. (Do not include IP or Name)
I think I have been banned once for advertising, which was way earlier in my first Mine craft days, about 2014. I advertised a servers IP because I saw many other players doing it, and thought it would be join in. This was when I was 10, though.

6. If you were In a situation that you are not suited to handle, What would you do?
If this were to occur, I would usually sooth and calm the player, and then go check for an Owner/Manager to help me out in the situation.
7. When do you usually play BattleMade & do you excessively go on the forums?
I will leave a schedule below of my times in game. For forums activity, you can see me on for an extra hour then my in game activity.
All times in EST.
Monday - 3-4 PM, 7-11 PM. On this day, I have Soccer Practice.
Tuesday- 4-11 PM with occasional breaks. I have Jazz Band after school on this day.
Wednesday- 3-4 PM, 9-11 PM. On these days, I have Soccer Practice and Symphonic Band.
Thursday- 3-11 PM with occasional breaks. I have nothing this day.
Friday- 3-7 PM, 9-11 PM. I have Soccer Practice on this day.
Saturday- On weekends, this is where my activity gets tricky. I may have a Soccer tournament, or I may not. If I do, then I can get on the forums for 1 hour but not in game at all. If I don't, then I can get on 7-11 AM, 12-7 PM with occasional breaks, and then 9-11 PM.
Sunday- Same schedule as Saturday.
8. How many hours a day are you on BattleMade for?
I am usually on for 1 hour at the minimum, and 10 hours at the maximum.

It is a factions server, as of which I am experienced with. It is fairly populated with usually up to 5 people on the forums at a time. It is owned by Fanikz.
10. Are you eligible to interact with other staff members on Skype?
Yes, I am able to do so.​

I have been playing on BattleMade for a couple of days and i am really enjoying the atmosphere of the server and the variety of stuff to do .

2. Why do you believe that you can contribute to the server?
I can improve servers with the hard work and determination I put in to making a server even greater then its current state.

3. Why should we choose you for this position rather then others
I very familiar with what Factions is and how to achieve everyone's needs. I have been playing Factions for awhile now a dozens of other servers. Never had a server that I could stick with for awhile like this one. I know what people want to do in Factions and who the people are that are irritated the other players. I can control the players either by calming the one that started the problem down or by taking him out of the situation.

4. Do you have past experience as a Helper/Moderator on any other Server? ( Do not include IP):
Personally I have had a lot of experience being in staff for servers. I have put in effort to prevent accidents from occurring such as Griefing, Hacking, Misbehaviour, Cursing and plain odd people getting up to mischief. I have helped servers when being a part of staff as I am able to use my social skills in order to achieve a wider, happier community being brought together to play one of my favourite games.

Honesty is better then not being dishonest. I have been banned once on a major server for being framed for flying in pvparena (I had a donor rank and the punishment has been reduced to tempban for things from now on anyway, so I got banned in the unlucky times, but as a dedicated player, i purchased an unban, made amends and that was that) I have been banned multiple times on servers that have no people on that that are not popular, this is because their staff members truly are immature. and just enjoy banning people for the sake of it, proving how corrupt they are.


6. If you were In a situation that you are not suited to handle, What would you do?
Yes, I am a Very Calm Indivisual and like i said i strive for the best of the server no matter the request. I am a mature individual that is always willing to devote all of my time to help the Citizens with any questions they have. I am Use to these environments and work better under these conditions.


7. When do you usually play BattleMade & do you excessively go on the forums?
I usually get on in the afternoon around 5pm and go on forums whenever i can .
8. How many hours a day are you on BattleMade for?
2-3hours probably

1. On the server i always vote and i get to use the vote crate i rarely ever win so i always gets books because all always have the 10% so annoying . PS please fix.
2. The other thing i know about the server is Rankup i have 10k and im still grinding out to get the rank Veteran
3. This server had Very good staff members on the server that helps everyone that request for help or are noobs .

Playtime is key! We need staff that can be on for 3-8 hours a day.
Remember, this is the Mod and Admin position you are applying for. You need to be dedicated.
