Bay's Creative needs a Co-Owner

Hello, I'm the current Owner of Bay's Creative. I have worked on the server with my staff for a while now, but as I have to study a lot and do many more things I don't have any time for the server. Its still in the maintenance process and we haven't opened the server yet. It has some problems that I can't seem to fix and don't have time to fix. Obviously the new Co-Owner will still have to work with the staff team, me and another Co-Owner and can't fire any staff without my confirmation, but he/she has to be online sometimes and fix the server, update it and keep it going. I'm paying for the server to keep it up. The donations will only be split if the cash received is over 20 EUR/$ per month due to the server paychecks to keep it up.
