Let us buy rep!

I think we should be able to buy reputation. There is really no reasons why this shouldn't be added, and by doing this Mick can enjoy having more money. So there should be a tab which says "Rep" on the navbar where you can buy rep. So 100 positive rep could be for example 10 USD, that's pretty reasonable.

What do you think?
