Well, its pretty simple.
I would like the option to locate a member that changed his name.
For example, a member's name was "poop" and now its "poopiada" so I could find him by searching for "poop" in the search bar.

You could make a forum list like the banned member list. That would be a great thing to have. It would show for example

I think it's useless because you will have to search for the member you want instead of just writing the old name and get the new one.
