Be able to view a banned user's profile page.

I'm sure this suggestion has been talked about at least once but the closest I could find to it was utaninja's post and Mank's post. Basically, in this suggestion, you could view a banned user's profile page like normal without saying "Error".

Why is this different than utaninja's suggestion?
Utaninja's was basically a search bar to make it easier to view a banned user's reasoning, not necessarily the whole profile page.

Why is this different than Mank's suggestion?
Mank's was declined because Mick didn't want to custom code what Mank has suggested. Although, this feature would just be exactly how it looks to view a normal user's profile page except it would just have a line through their name in gray and for the tag it would say banned.

P.S. I'm not good at doing research so just show me past threads that have my suggestion with a denied tag and I'll remove this suggestion!

In addition to this, Mank's suggestion can literally be applied by changing the users' title. Lol.

This suggestion isn't too hard to implement, given that users literally only need a specific permission to see banned users' profiles.

I agree with this heavily; users still should be able to see one another's profiles post-ban; how else are we supposed to get our daily dose of MCM drama

I find it so annoying when your trying to see if someone is alting or whatever by looking at information on a banned profile (i.e. Discord, Skype, Twitter, etc) to match any information of the suspected alter, but can't because the user is banned.
The only problem with this is that the banned user could change/remove their information if they wanted to reuse it, so you would have to prevent banned users from editing their profile (pretty sure this is a standard XF permission).
But this also means people would be able to contact banned users offsite more easily, but this is already the case if they posted their Skype/Discord/etc in any thread or post before they were banned.
