Be more strict on og and semi requirements

Okay, this has been annoying me for a while now.
PLEASE BE MORE STRICT ON THE RULES OF THESE SECTIONS
Just because it is a word, doesn't mean it's og. for example, im going to take Luc, this isn't og. It's a foreign name. This should belong in semis.
From the semi section, i am going to take Chatlines. This shouldn't even be considered semi. It means nothing. Take tidies, NOBODY says this. They say Tidy your room, or I tidied up your room. REMOVE these.

I agree, but at the same time some people just really don't know. That's why some people should just get appraisals first ig.

Since this suggestion was made we've gotten better about removing accounts for sale which clearly do not meet our requirements of being og/semi/cape/rank accounts.
