I can pretty much verify this isn't a scam with certainty, I don't even think Caleb knows of this. I don't even know who this Feral person is.

I talked with em on skype, from my knowledge they want money to buy the actual server. (From Vasdev)

Server seems generic enough and a decent playerbase + good website but I think they're legit on that part.
