Your server isn't professional at all.

1. I got youtube rank on the server and was giving staff advice to help him mature, this is the response I get; https://gyazo.com/4eae21ba51268d33c00d924a59240d7b

2. I was asking to help him and I get this so called Trial rank, I am a professional manager, why shall I go on trial when I am reputable. I respect the fact he doesn't trust me. I resigned and told him my job was boring doing nothing but waiting for a promotion to Manager basically.

3. He gives me manager and then expects me to manage the server without OP,vanish, and a discord role in the discord. I don't care if I don't get OP but seriously how am I gonna do the job granted to me.

yet you were the one who resigned? But heres a thought the reason noone trusts you is look at your negative reps all of them say you leaked ips, ddosed, swatted all that stuff, now who in their right mind would trust you to give them op after not even a whole day you start spamming me telling me to give you console and op!

I do feel like the server has room for improvement, But it seems to be off to a good start.

In the situation above, i don't know much about what happened, but i would never trust somebody that just became Manager to have OP and Console. I would only trust people who i've known for awhile.

Whatever Reinsure did or didn't do, that doesn't change the fact one of your Moderators told Reinsure to kill himself. Your response shows what kind of Owner you are. You don't care how your staff treat players and because of that, you'll need some luck to keep your server up and running because no one wants to play a server where the Staff are corrupt.

Alright! I see, but you know what Reinsure DIDN'T screenshot was what he said to my moderator. Of ouse he wouldn't show that! But Im so don't with this conversation why does it matter?
