BearMC Network - Looking for staff

I am looking for mods & admins who are creative and have a good imagination.
BearMC is a Minecraft Java/Bedrock network that has SMP, Anarchy, Arcade, and SkyBlock.

This server is still being built and I am just recruiting some people who could be able to help me out.
I am looking for 3 Moderators and 2 Admins. On top of this I am looking for at least 2-3 builders.
