Well I don't have any proof so you have to trust me. I was Head-Admin on Reconcraft back in 2012, and I was Helper on Mineplex for three days before I was demoted for 'Abuse'. I didn't even abuse. I was also head-admin/ only admin on BrawlFactions, I was admin on there for two weeks until I was demoted for unbanning a player. I was also Co-owner on mythicalrealms back in 2011.
Why should we pick you?:
Because I'm one of the fewer people still left standing in the General Minecraft Community who actually has hands-on experience with System and Server Management. I have extensive knowledge of plugins, I know my way around most minecraft communities and servers. I know what the community wants as a whole, I know how a server should be ran.
Also I can provide a safe and clean environment for all players and fellow staff members. I can offer my extensive knowledge of Server Management. I can set the example for you and the fellow staff, as well as the members and donators of the server.
How can we trust you?: There's really no way I can answer this, It's all up to you to see if I am trust worthy.

I am a past Moderator from SquadCraft, a server that was once huge and averaging around 1.5k users. I'm also a past Helper on the Archon, I was Helper for around a month and half before resigning because of IRL problems that led to inactivity. The Archon averages 1000s of players. I am also a Head Administrator/past Community Manager for YayMC, like the Archon Yay averages large amounts of players.
Why should we pick you?: You should pick me because I'm good in a crisis, loads of experience, and am very professional when professionalism is needed.
How can we trust you?: I have NEVER been demoted on any of the servers I have staffed on. It takes commitment trying to build something, great ideas appear and puts me in the mood to build something I had in mind. A builder has to have focus, devotion, and determination to build the things he or she builds; I have these traits.

I personally wouldn't recommend this guy,
He basically staff hops, he's very rude and immature at times. He was a Senior Moderator on Frosted Prison about a day ago and was demoted to Trial-Helper and had a huge tantrum (from my perspective), all he did was talk in the chat and post negative things, I can't provide proof because the previous chat was removed and we created a new one. But this is a person who I would NOT recommend. And I believe other people can agree on this, and have evidential proof of this.
But, you can recruit him and I won't give a dam. But this is a de-vouch cause I have experienced him before and it wasn't pleasant.
