I am selling this logo and icon made by my coworker with his authorization.

There are previews of the logo and icon below. The artworks were made the day of this post because Marrk needed Minecraft-related pieces of art for his portfolio.

The buyer will get the logo file in 1080p and the icon in 500p, both transparent PNG files, and also the right to use the art as he pleases. Payments will be completed through PayPal.

No one in their right mind would use a low resolution logo that they have no rights over. If they are serious about their server they would have to buy the rights from the owner of the logo. So the logo is not worthless.

The resolution is 300p, the original file is 1080p, same goes for the icon, the preview is 64p, the original file is 500p.

Additionally, saying that the logo and icon are worthless because they have been posted is like saying that a logo used on a website is now worthless because anyone can save it and use it on another site.[DOUBLEPOST=1499810213][/DOUBLEPOST]

You realize you could say that for any server logo that has been used on a website.

They can do this with a logo that’s on a server’s website anyways, and watermarks can be removed. Additionally, they don’t legally have the right to do that, I still own the rights until I sell them to someone. This thread is about selling the rights to using the logo and icon.

You guys should inform yourselves about how copyright works.

mhm. Elaborate, if someone does "sell" the logo or like "steal" the logo what would be the outcome legally?

The exact same thing can be asked about any server logo used on any server website or forum.

The buyer should make sure that the seller owns the rights to the logo, if they get scammed by someone then it’s their problem to settle with the scammer, they still won’t have the right to use the logo.
