So someone was trashing my thread. and i was talking about it in shoutbox

Ajdin joined in and told me to stop it. i told him that he should do his job and remove the comments . after that i got temp-banned from the chat.

It specifically states in the shoutbox rules:

"3.2 Do not attempt to contact staff members via the chatbox. Use private messages instead."

Even after him reminding you of this, and a verbal warning, you still continued and got kicked.

There's your issue. Just use the report button. If you already did, it should be dealt with within a few hours.

If you honestly expected that you telling me that I'm not doing my job properly would help...
