Hi,

I am using Geyser and Floodgate, allowing bedrock players to play on my Java Edition network. When putting through a fake purchase for a bedrock player that is currently online (and prefixed with '_') it says that it isn't a valid username.

I would appreciate any help related to this!

Hi!
I've worked on multiple servers that have found ways around this. Although Tebex is unsupportive of Bedrock usernames, the few alternatives I can suggest to allow users to purchase from your web store are:

- Create a package on your store that is free to purchase and make players input a username (such as an owner) and the price of the package they want to purchase and as long as you can match their TID with what you have on Tebex.

- You can look into getting a discord bot created that makes invoices for users who want to pay through PayPal. This feature is relatively inexpensive and helps server owners. All the bot/application does is allows the owner to execute a command (-invoice create) followed by the users PayPal email, the price they are paying and a description of what they are buying and once the command has been executed, the bot will generate an invoice to be paid by that PayPal email. You'll obviously have to manually set ranks but for the time being, since Tebex doesn't support the username, these are your alternatives from my point of view.

Good luck with your network!

Edit: If you would like to have more of a conversation about this, ie. more in depth explanations on either of the solutions, feel free to add me on discord @! HighImDisoッ#0666

Thanks for the information! I ended up having to go through Tebex and they recommended me recreating my webstore on the Minecraft: Offline game type. Sadly I have to redo everything but Bedrock players are not left out that way.
