Begging forum?

So recently I've been looking through the begging area and considering helping some people out. One thing I don't understand is everyone is making a big deal about it. Like someone asks for $2 because they got scammed and they would like help, then someone comments saying to stfu and other stuff like that. Why? Why is is so toxic? It seems people sometimes don't understand what a BEGGING forum is.

Yes I do. But if someones in financial issues, there is no problem asking for some help.

In Norway where I live, you are not allowed to give money to homeless people anymore. Don't even know why, this earth and government is retarded. You are allowed to beg for money as a homeless person tho, doesn't make sense.

To the actual point, I don't like people begging for $1-$10 on the begging section. If I were to give everyone who was asking for small amounts of money. I would be down a lot, have to treat them same. Equal or nothing.

Yeah it's a 50/50 why they trash, people are getting annoying cause many people ask. When they work for their money, then people ask for money cause they need it for something "important"
