Hey bud! I see that you need a challenge for someone who is a bit inexperienced. I don't exactly need this plugin, but here's a good one to try coding just for learning about new things!
First, it's an effect plugin. When you right click a stick with a specific METADATA that's spawned in with a COMMAND, it gives the player a potion effect. Can be any effect, speed, strength, etc. It has to have that Metadata and be spawned in with a command, and activate an effect on the player holding it when they right click it. Try coding this, it's fairly basic, for if you're still new, it's good to have behind you.
