Hey, so I'm not too experienced with computers but I know the basics. With a budget around 500$-1k$, what is the best Pc?

Would need to have the ability to upgrade parts, and to run with stable fps. (Type of games would be fortnite, rainbow siege, etc)

PebbleHost
High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

I'd personally go for this. It's about as good as you get as far as bang for your buck. You can find an rx 580 for way less on newegg with a game or two than a gtx 1060 and they preform the same. Intel is honestly overpriced for what you get compared to amd, especially with the falling prices before gen 3 comes out and intel's shortage. Heck, get a 1600 if you have a microcenter near you for $80 which is a steal at that price or try price matching at Staples. Feel free to pick a different case and go for an EVGA G2 PSU instead as I'd recommend that over the Seasonic one due to preference and the PSU teir list. Case is picked for my preference and it's good air flow. I'd also get two noctua 140mm fans but I didn't include them as I haven't looked into noctua fans much recently so I'm not 100% sure which to recommend; only applicable if you stick with the meshify C. Alternatively, you can get an nzxt h500 in which no additional case fans would apparently be needed. It's also a bit cheaper though safe to assume temps would be a bit higher.

Hey, just made you a quick build while considering your budget. Total is around $870 USD but its not accounting for the mobo which i have linked below also. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/z36TcY
