There is import support implemented, so importing information from your currently server may be available depending on how you currently store the information.

Beryl Ban Manager is a UUID based Ban/Mute/Warn/Blacklist Manager that integrates with a custom Discord Bot and relays the information to a WebGUI. This plugin requires a MySQL database as all information is stored and accessed from it.
This plugin can run on multiple servers and bans/mutes can transfer between servers if you require it to.
The plugin contains many features that can all be customised as well as the messages.
The plugin has offline and Console support therefore you can ban/mute offline players and commands such as bans can be ran from Console.
This plugin will not cause lag as all queries are handled off-site away from your Minecraft server. (Unless you host the Database on the same server)
The plugin is permission based and contains numerous permissions, the config.yml file also contains many configurable features that you may find useful.
